ISO 9001 - An Overview

ISO 9001:2015 has replaced the old ISO 9001:2008, ISO 9001:2000 standard. In addition, the old ISO 9002:1994 and ISO 9003:1994 quality standard have been discontinued. They are now obsolete.

ISO 9001 is sweeping in the world. It is rapidly become the most important quality standard. Thousands of companies in over 160 countries have ready adopted it. 2.    Identification of applicable QUALITY legislation & regulations and other requirements.

3.    Identification of emergency situations applicable to client’s activities.

Module - III : QUALITY Impact Analysis & Planning

1.    Determining significance of aspects & analyzing their QUALITY impacts.

2.    Defining QUALITY Policy, Objectives and Targets.

3.    Preparation of QUALITY Management Program.

Module -IV: Documentation & Implementation

1.    Documentation of QMS.

2.    Preparation of Training Plans.

3.    Guidance in implementation of QMS documentation.    

Module -V: QMS Audit & Management Review

1.    A Training Program on QMS Auditing, including QMS Audit objectives, Audit planning, check list preparation, audit execution & report.

2.    Conduct of QMS Audit (Pre-Assessment).

3.    Guidelines on Management Review.

Time Frame

The work related to preparation & implementation of QUALITY Management Systems can be completed in a period of approximately 10 to 15 DAYS. However for this purpose, it is essential that your management responds favorably to our consultant’s advice and is able to take recommended actions within the prescribed time-frame.

1.    We shall be charging our total fee (consultancy fee and certification fee).as per as follows

1.    The fee shall be payable by you in installments as per the completion of work in different modules.

1.    We shall be charging a fee of /- as Surveillance audit fees per annum.

1.    You will organize your own computer, photocopier, stationary and other related facilities for the preparation of documents.

1.    Any other expenditure to be incurred on development of QMS, like procurement of any machinery, test equipment, calibrations, materials, etc. shall be borne by .

Mode of Payment

Cheque or Demand Draft in favor of “Ultimate Quality Solutions”, Payable at New Delhi only.
